Twenty people working in ‘Ossam' AD, part of MTG Sofia will upgrade their skills or will get new ones according to a project ‘professional workers in Ossam AD'. The training is free of charge for them and the funding is form the Operational Programme "Human Resource Development". The understanding, that investing in people is not less important than investing in new technologies and machines is the main reason for the management of the foundry to prepare a training for the staff and to apply for the European funding. In one year the covered people will be classified as crane operators, welders and quality controllers. The trainings will start in March and will be held in the territory of ‘Ossam' AD. Partner and training organization is the Professional Training Center to the Metal Technology Group Ltd. - Pleven.
