MTG AD
Metal Technology Group AD is a corporate group consolidating Bulgarian foundries, specialized in production of different type of castings. Each member company has its own specific knowledge and production technology. The group was established in 1997, however, before this time, all of the foundries have had their own separate and independent activities. During the years of privatization of the metallurgical sector in Bulgaria, they were privatized and became part of the holding group.
The activities of the company extend on 5 continents and the company has customers in more than 25 countries. The number of employees in the factories in Pleven, Lovech, Vratsa and the Head Office in Sofia is more than 560.

Rossana DACHEVA, Executive Director of Metal Technology Group AD, Sofia
Mrs. Rossana Dacheva is owner and Executive Director of Metal Technology Group AD. She manages the three (3) member companies of the Group – Alucom AD, Ossam AD and Centromet AD. She has graduated Finance at Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov. She speeaks English and Italian languages.
ALUCOM AD
The company was established in 1973 and until 1990 supplied aluminium castings for the military, engine trucks and the machine-building industry in Bulgaria and the countries of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (CMEA). In 1997 Alucom AD is privatized and become a member company of Metal Technology Group Acad. A. Balevski Holding AD – Sofia. The company modernizes and expands its production facilities through investments in machines, buildings and infrastructure.

Radoslav NACHKOV, Executive Director of ALUCOM AD, Pleven
Mr. Radoslav Nachkov is part of the Alucom’s team since 2007 when he joined the company as Sales Manager. Later, in 2015, he took the position of Comercial Manager on a Group level.
In 2019 he was nominated and took the position of an Executive Director of Alucom AD. Mr. Nachkov has graduated at University of National and World Economy in Sofia, International Economic Relations. He has strong experience and interest in commercial activities and international trade. He speeks English and Russian languages.

ОSSAM AD
The company is a sand mould casting foundry for ductile, grey and ADI cast iron castings. Ossam AD produces raw castings, as well as completely machined parts. After its privatisation in 1997, Ossam AD becomes a part of Metal Technology Group Angel Balevski Holding AD.

Eng. Milen Svilinov , Executive Director of OSSAM AD, Lovech
Eng. Milen Svilinov graduated from the Mining and Geological University “St. Ivan Rilski”, Sofia, where he obtained a master’s degree in Drilling and Production of Oil and Gas.
He has over 25 years of experience in senior management positions in the heavy industry of Bulgaria – aluminum extrusion and foundry production of spheroidal graphite cast iron, steel, and aluminum castings. Milen Svilinov became part of the Metal Technology Group team in 2008 when he was appointed Executive Director of “Ossam” AD. Since 2020, he has held the position of Director of Production Development, Technologies, and Innovations in the Holding, and since the beginning of 2022, he has also acted as a proxy for the Executive Director of Ossam AD. He is the author of publications in the field of material science and the application of spheroidal graphite cast iron in the industry. He has led numerous investment and research projects. He is an inventor with several registered patents and utility models.
CENTROMET AD
The factory was established in 1977 as a Scientific-production unit specialized in the production of metal castings under centrifugal casting method. The production program includes products for chemical, metallurgy, mining, machine building and other industries. Cylinder liners, furnace rolls, two-layer roller shells are only a part of Centromet’s production range. Retaining its scope of activity, in 1999 the company was privatized and became a member company of Metal Technology Group Angel Balevski Holding AD.
